Week 8! Mothers Day Fun!

It is week 8 friends and I am super excited to kick things up a notch with my new home gym! My amazing husband surprised me with turning a whole room in our home in to my very own gym! He had a TV mounted on the wall and moved the treadmill, spinning bike and had the weights set up in it. There is also a barbell with weights being delivered this week! How spoiled am I??? This is so exciting for me and the boys are just thrilled! We have a huge punching bag that has never been used so we are going to get a stand and have that up there as well! A little boxing/kickboxing anyone? Sooo exciting in this house today!

I took the boys for a Mother's Day hike today and they had so much fun. It was a great day and I hope you all were able to enjoy your day and get out there and exercise! Are you ready to rock this week to a new level?

This week is the last week of Phase 2 so I am super focused on hitting it hard this week so that when next week comes I will push stronger and harder to the finish line! Phase 3 is nothing but HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) so I am hoping for some serious results!

Did everyone eat healthy today even though it was Mother's Day? ;)
