Phase 3...Week 9

Phase 3...Week 9

Time to tear this up over the next four weeks! It will all be about HIIT. (high interval intensity training) plyometrics, super-sets and active rests. Pure fat-burning phase baby. I will be giving it my all with high hopes for some serious results! If not...I tried. I will just continue the journey until I get where I desire to be and than on to the quest of maintenance.

My eating has been on point with my ultimate snack being a banana with almond butter and a dabble of honey. :) It hits my sweets cravings so that I feel like I am eating a treat. I need to work on getting more protein and eating more calories...It has been a bit difficult doing this at work. I have got to do this though...this is the key to keeping the muscle that I have worked so hard for.

Exercising has only been difficult on Day 6. I am so exhausted by then, however...I have a new home gym and my weights were delivered so there really are no excuses! :)

Is everyone still doing their best on the squats challenge and the challenge for the contest? Or have you all thrown in the towel? You will have your "After" pictures to produce in 4 weeks as well! Are you ready for that? It is HARD to stay motivated. It is HARD to stay focused and determined. It is HARDER to be out of shape and unhealthy...more expensive too.
