I got in a fight with my treadmill tonight. I am so mad at her I could sell her!
I had to work out from home due to some things I needed to take care of for the boys. I was tempted to skip the whole thing but then my common sense kicked in and I made myself do it. I knew I would be so mad at myself tomorrow if I didn't so I just needed to get moving!
I decided to do a full on booty workout tonight. I will post the workout moves that I did after this. I then did 30 minutes on my treadmill...this is where the fight took place. I ran at a 2% incline at 5.8-6.2 speed and after 30 minutes it said I burned 88 calories. EIGHTY EIGHT CALORIES! I can burn 100 calories doing 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats and 10 push-ups and be done in 10 minutes! Super annoyed by this being at the gym I can blow through that on the treadmill in 6 minutes. So! This brings me to question...how do we know which treadmill is right? Hmm... I am going with the gym treadmill being I was completely drenched and I know I burned more than 88 calories.
Needless to say, my treadmill is going to miss me.
